Swedish tailoring brand Cavaliere is live on Brink Commerce – powering a modern commerce setup designed for both Direct-to-Consumer and B2B sales across markets. The project was delivered in close collaboration between Brink Commerce, Enad.io, and Cavaliere’s own in-house team.
Cavaliere is a family-owned company with its roots in Borås, Sweden’s historic textile capital. Their first jackets saw the light of day in 1973 - and ever since, the brand has been dedicated to tailored fashion of the highest standard.
High-quality production starts with high-quality materials. Every year, Cavaliere’s designers visit leading Italian fabric mills to select the fabrics for each collection. Jackets are made with durable interlinings for a smooth finish, buttons sewn with precision, and shoulders cut by hand for a consistent shape from seam to sleeve.
What sets Cavaliere apart is that they own their own factory in Europe — a rare setup in the industry. It gives them full control over production quality, lead times, and consistency across every garment.
From their HQ in Borås, Cavaliere ships more than 50,000 suits each year, designed in Sweden and crafted in their own factory. With their new commerce stack in place, they’re now ready to scale — with both style and structure.
“With this new setup, we’ve brought structure and flexibility to our sales processes - both for consumers and our B2B clients. The Brink and Enad teams really helped us build a platform we can grow with,” says Joakim Palm, IT Manager at Cavaliere.
The solution is composed of:
Frontend was built by Cavaliere’s own team - a deliberate choice that keeps them in control of brand and customer experience.
One of the main challenges? Unifying B2B and D2C sales flows across several markets, including supporting sales agents placing orders on behalf of their B2B clients.
“Cavaliere is a great example of a modern brand with a clear strategy. They knew what they needed and had the in-house capability to build on it. We’re happy to provide the technical foundation - flexible enough to fit their vision,” says Kristian Tysander, CEO at Brink Commerce.
The end result is a tailored storefront for D2C, plus a dedicated B2B portal where agents and business customers can browse, configure, and place orders - all connected through a modular, headless architecture built for future growth.
