The transformation was powered by Brink Commerce and delivered on time, within budget, and with a cost structure that supports greater competitiveness and faster change.
Egmont recently consolidated its leading home, interior, lighting, and kitchen brands into Egmont LivingNordic, a group with a turnover exceeding SEK 2 billion. To lead the transformation of Bagaren och Kocken, Andreas Drougge recently joined as CTO, bringing experience from Amazon and Nelly.com. Under his leadership, Bagaren och Kocken is adopting a composable commerce setup that provides full flexibility in frontend development, seamless third-party integrations, and lower operational costs.
