During Q1 Brink Commerce API is releasing 50 new endpoints allowing our merchants to take their business to the next level. These endpoints span across 9 different services and 20 new features.

Highlight for March: Gift Cards

In the latest feature release of the Brink Commerce Product API, we introduce gift card functionality in the checkout. With this new feature, merchants can now handle multiple gift card providers and offer gift cards seamlessly in conjunction with other features such as payments, shipping, and discounts through the Brink Commerce Checkout API.This new feature is designed to work effortless with the previously announced price and sales management capabilities, allowing merchants with complex legal entities to leverage the power of gift cards to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

In summary, the new gift card functionality is a valuable addition to the Brink Commerce Product API, providing merchants with even more flexibility and control over their eCommerce operations.

In addition to the gift card feature, the latest Brink Product API release also includes two other exciting features:

Merchants can now set sales units, allowing them to sell different types of units, such as cm2 and meters, and have them calculated accordingly. This feature is particularly useful for merchants who sell products in different units of measure.

Furthermore, the latest release includes new, more intuitive "buy one, get one" promotion capabilities. Our merchants can now tailor their offerings with different sets of products, quantities, and discounts, giving them more control over their promotions and increasing their ability to drive sales.

Overall, these new features continue to demonstrate Brink Commerce's commitment to providing merchants with the tools they need to succeed in today's competitive eCommerce landscape.
