cart and checkout

High-performance commerce that doesn't need special handling

Cart and checkout run on an event-driven architecture that scales automatically, so a flash sale or a big campaign launch doesn't mean watching dashboards all day.

Stable checkout during peaks and campaigns, without last-minute firefighting.

What it means to you

pricing, tax, and promotions

Priced right, every time, without hard-coding a thing

Brink stores only the base price. Campaign prices, discounts, bundles, and vouchers are all calculated the moment someone shops, based on their market, their cart, and the rules you've set.

What it means to you

Pricing that stays accurate everywhere, with far less manual upkeep.

every channel

Sell the same way, wherever customers show up

Web, app, marketplace, POS, or B2B: each channel runs on the same cart, checkout, and order model, configured per market instead of rebuilt from scratch.

What it means to you

Consistent behaviour across every channel, without maintaining a separate stack for each one.

Payments and shipping

One order model, any provider

Brink integrates the payment and shipping providers you already work with, Adyen, Klarna, Svea, Walley, Qliro, Avarda, Zaver, Ledyer, Ingrid, and nShift among them, behind a single order model. A refund or a delivery looks the same to your team no matter which provider handled it.

What it means to you

Lower risk, faster market entry, and more room to negotiate with providers on your terms.

Real-time inventory logic

Stock that's actually there when the order lands

Inventory checks and reservations happen inside the cart and checkout flow itself, using one stock model across every market, channel, and location.

What it means to you

Fewer failed purchases, less overselling, and inventory that behaves predictably even during a rush.

B2C and B2B

Sell to consumers and businesses without running two platforms

Each market is set up as B2C or B2B, with its own tax rules, payment options, and session data, so business buyers and everyday shoppers each get the experience they expect, without you maintaining two separate systems.

What it means to you

One platform serving both consumer and business buyers, each configured for how they actually buy.

Sales intelligence

Meet customers on their terms

Tax and pricing

Flexible tax and pricing

Tax and pricing resolve automatically by market, currency, and the rules you configure, so pricing stays accurate everywhere with almost no manual maintenance.

cart customisation

Cart customisation

Add fees, incentives, and logic that match how your business actually sells, so checkout fits your business model instead of the other way round.

Discount engine

Discount engine

Combine cart rules, discount codes, and bundles, with clear logic for how they stack and in what order they apply, so promotions behave the way you configured them and support isn't left guessing why a discount did or didn't apply.

Gift cards and vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers

Gift cards and loyalty vouchers work through built-in integrations, with rules you control on how and when they apply, giving customers a reason to spend more and come back.

Discounts and promotions

Five ways to promote, one predictable system

Discounts apply in a fixed order, campaign price first, then cart rules, then discount codes, so totals stay predictable and easy to explain when a customer or a support agent asks why a price is what it is.

Campaigns

A time-bounded discount applied directly to the product price, by percentage or fixed amount, for any products matching the tags you choose.

What it means: run a sale or a seasonal price drop across a whole category without touching a single product record, and it switches itself off the moment the campaign ends.

Cart rules

An automatic discount that triggers when the cart meets a condition you've set, like a minimum spend or a tagged item in the basket.

What it means: "spend over 500 and get 10% off" applies itself the instant it's true, with no code needed, and can stack with your other rules.

Discount codes

A cart rule that only activates when the customer enters a specific code, with its own usage limit, validity window, and exclusivity setting.

What it means: run a one-off campaign code with a hard cap on redemptions, or make sure it can't be combined with other offers, without building new logic each time.

Bundles

A defined group of product variants sold together at a set discount, based on tag conditions and quantities.

What it means: sell "buy the jacket, get the scarf at half price" as a single configured rule, instead of managing a bundle SKU by hand.

External rules

A discount rule triggered by an external system, such as a loyalty platform, carrying a reference back to where it originated.

What it means: loyalty rewards and third-party promotions run through the same cart and checkout logic as everything else, so support can trace exactly where a discount came from.

Create bundle discounts
Bundles

Bundles that manage themselves as your catalogue changes

Build bundles from tagged item groups, not fixed lists, so new products qualify automatically
Set a required quantity per component, like "2 items tagged Bags"
Discount the whole bundle, individual components, or both, in the same rule
Exclude already-discounted or full-price items from qualifying, so bundle logic doesn't clash with other active discounts
Scope different bundles to different markets from a single bundle group
Plan campaigns ahead of time
campaigns

Campaigns planned like a release schedule, not a scramble

Plan campaigns ahead of time and see exactly what's upcoming, active, or expired, not just what's live right now
Group related campaigns together, so one event like Black Week can contain several time-boxed sub-campaigns, each with its own dates and discount
Set percentage, fixed-amount, or set-price rules per campaign, per market
Target products by tag, so items entering a category or getting tagged join the campaign automatically
Control how computed prices round, ending in .00, .50, or .90, with different rules per market
Discount rules timeline
Discounts

Full control over how discounts apply, stack, and scale

Set a maximum deduction per rule in absolute currency, so a percentage discount can't spiral out of control on a high-value cart
Control exactly how discounts stack: mark a rule stackable or not, and set sort order so the right rule wins when several could apply
Target carts using tag-based conditions, category, product tags, or any custom tag you define
Run always-on cart rules, customer-entered codes, and externally triggered rules through the same engine
Generate thousands of unique discount codes in one batch job, with a shared usage limit and prefix, exported as CSV

AndLight has built something exceptional: a strong brand, deep product expertise, and a loyal customer base across Europe. Our job is to make sure the technology is worthy of that ambition. Our previous setup made it difficult to evolve, optimize, or add new functionality. That had to change.

clear value

What this means for you

Less campaign prep

Pricing, checkout, and inventory logic stay consistent by default, and the platform scales on its own. Your team spends less time bracing for a launch and more time planning it.

Fewer edge cases

One order model and one set of checkout rules across every channel means fewer one-off exceptions for support and engineering to chase down.

Freedom to evolve

Add a channel, a market, or a payment provider without rebuilding what's already working.
