Product Updates – What’s New in Brink Commerce

Our Q3 release is now live, and it brings a mix of new features, fresh integrations, and improvements across the platform. Here are some of the highlights:

Merchant Portal

• A new sidebar design and an updated order view make navigation smoother.
• You can now add URLs directly in comments.
• Product view gets smarter filtering with tags.
• Sales dashboards include filters by campaign group or individual campaigns.

Integrations

• Inretrn: Delivered orders are now sent directly to Inretrn, with refunds and compensations synced back to Brink automatically.
• Ongoing: Orders, returns, and compensations flow seamlessly between Brink and Ongoing.
• Qliro: Support for custom shipping has been added, giving merchants more flexibility.

Improvements

• Better views across order, shipping, payment, and discount flows.
• Shopper insights and custom payment configurations now available.
• Multiple bug fixes that make order handling, tax logic, and product feeds more reliable.

With these updates, the focus has been on making the platform more intuitive to use, while strengthening integrations that reduce manual work for merchants.
