Brink Commerce welcomes Johan Afséer as our new Head of Merchant Success. Johan has an extensive experience in project delivery and customer service in the eCommerce and SaaS industries, most recently as Head of Merchant Services at Walley/Collector Bank and previously as Customer Service Manager at Jetshop.

Johan Afséer will head up the Merchant Success team, focusing on supporting customers from project start to launch and beyond.

Over the last year, Brink Commerce has earned a rapidly growing number of customers' trust. Customers that rely on us to support them in all stages of their growth plans, customers that expect and deserve the best service. With over ten years of experience in helping SaaS customers scale and overcome growing pains, Johan Afséer will therefore be the perfect addition to the team.
