Probably the opportunity of a lifetime
Brink Commerce is in a strong scale-up phase and we have set our sights on the UK as our next target region. We are therefore searching for awesome people to join us. The VP Commercial will build and lead Brink Commerce´s sales organization in the UK, and act as Country Lead for the region. Your first tasks will be to hire your right hand, build a strong pipeline and execute on it. You will promote sales acceleration, establish a foundation for repeatable growth and help drive top-line revenue. You’ll be working closely with the Nordic and DACH sales team as well as the management team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Brink Commerce is a young company based in Stockholm, with offices in Gothenburg, Germany and Marbella. The company was founded by commerce, tech, and cloud entrepreneurs Kristian Tysander, Patrik Antonsson, and Marcus Ljungberg in 2018. Our product, Brink Commerce API, was developed based on their real-world experience from companies like Daniel Wellington, Klarna, and H&M to solve the challenges that hyper-growth D2C brands and global companies face today (and tomorrow). Brink Commerce is API-only, built on principles that enable customers to handle huge volumes of traffic and orders. And on top of that we provide flexibility and scalability that you have never seen before. It’s all very techy and cool, and we’d love to tell you more about it.
Brink Commerce is in a strong scale-up phase, backed by some of the most reputable investors in the Nordics like Jarno Vanhatapio (Nelly, NA-KD), Alexander Hars (Let’s deal, Desenio), Albin Johansson (Axel Arigato), Filip Tysander (Daniel Wellington) and well-known investment companies Wellstreet (Swe) and Innovation Nest (PL). The company’s commercial management includes profiles from eCommerce and fintech such as Christian Zanders (founder and former CEO of Jetshop) and Mattias Ekman (several leading commercial positions at Klarna).

Build and manage a team of Business Developers
Set and execute on a go to market strategy
Create a high performance culture
Reporting and forecasting without taking time from volume growth
Motivate and inspire the team
Implement best in class ways of working for your markets
Ensure high activity and growth
Work closely with the management team to consistently improve how we do things
Identify and execute on new opportunities and strategic directions; identify trends and make appropriate changes that will lead to positive change
Work closely with marketing in terms of campaigns and local market initiatives
What You bring to the table
Previous experience building and managing commercial teams
Track record of hitting team quotas
A can-do and high-performing attitude
Experience within e-commerce, SaaS or related industries
A strong understanding of the holistic ecosystem when building an e-commerce business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are a self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
